Let
Robin Chittenden, an experienced tour leader and ornithologist, show
you birds and other wildlife in Norfolk and Suffolk. As the voice of
Birdline East Anglia, he has first-hand knowledge of all the latest
local bird and wildlife news. He is also an accomplished wildlife photographer,
so if you have an interest in wildlife photography, he will be happy
to share photographic tips during the tour. Indeed the tour could just
focus on wildlife photography if that is what you desire. As well as
birds, mammals, reptiles and amphibians, Robin can guide you to see
the special butterflies and dragonflies in Norfolk and Suffolk, when
in season, as well as some of the localised plants of the region.
Please
contact him to book a day and to formulate the most suitable itinerary
for you. Robin would meet you at the chosen site(s). The pace of the
tour would be geared to your requirements but would normally be leisurely
and easy paced. The tour can be tailored to suit anyone who is thinking
about taking up birdwatching as a passtime. The idea is to have a relaxing
day out interspersed with some treasured wildlife moments. For lunch
either bring packed lunches or we can eat at a suitable pre-booked catering
outlet nearby.
The
fee for a days guiding is £120.00 plus VAT. This is for a maximum number
of five people per tour. Children accompanied by responsible adults
are welcome. For larger group sizes, please contact Robin. Transport
to and from the meeting point, car parking charges, reserve entrance
charges and food and drink are not included in the price.
